The platform keeps a flat 15% commission on each completed order. You keep 85% of the order value. There are no listing fees, no joining fees and no monthly charges for the core platform.

What documents do I need to onboard as a tailoring partner?

You need a government ID (Aadhaar), a business address in the Kochi / Ernakulam service area, and bank account details for payouts. A GST number is optional for solo tailors and required for registered boutiques.

How and when do I get paid?

Earnings accumulate against every delivered order and are paid out to your registered bank account on a weekly cycle. You can track earnings live in the Vendor App.

Can I control how many orders I receive per day?

Yes. You set your working hours and daily capacity in the Vendor App, and you accept or reject each incoming order. Express (48-hour) orders are always opt-in.

What are the CRM and growth plugins?

Optional paid plugins that help you grow: the CRM plugin (₹500/month) gives you a customer database, employee management and automatic phone-call sync; more growth plugins are added regularly. You can subscribe and unsubscribe anytime from the Vendor App.
