This Policy explains how urgentstitching.com collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011.

1. Data We Collect

• Identity & contact: name, mobile number, email, pincode.
• Body measurements & fit profile: provided by you for stitching and saved in our trusted partner network profile — only with your consent.
• Order data: garment details, fabric check-in/out records, invoices.
• Images you upload: design references and fabric photos (used only to process your order).
• Payment data: processed entirely by our payment gateway partner; we never see or store your card/UPI credentials.
• Technical & usage data: device, browser, pages visited, session recordings and heatmaps via Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager), Firebase Cloud Messaging token (for order notifications), IP address.
• Communications: call logs, WhatsApp/chat messages, and call recordings where notified.

2. Why We Use It (Purposes)

Booking and estimation calls · stitching and order fulfilment · fabric check-in and ready notifications · payment processing and invoices · customer support · service improvement and analytics · fraud prevention · legal and tax compliance. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Children's Data

Kids' outfit measurements must be submitted by a parent or lawful guardian, whose booking constitutes verifiable consent under DPDP Act §9. We do not knowingly collect data directly from minors.

4. Who We Share With

• Our trusted partner network — our partner platform for accounts, order management, measurement profiles, notifications, and payments.
• Payment gateway partner — to process transactions.
• Google (Firebase, Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity) — notifications and analytics, under their respective privacy terms.
• Authorities — where required by law. We do not share your data with Porter/Swiggy Genie — you book them directly.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We use essential cookies plus analytics tools (GTM, GA4, Clarity). Clarity may record sessions; sensitive input fields are masked. You can control cookies via your browser; declining analytics cookies does not affect booking.

6. Retention

Measurements and account data: retained while your account is active (deleted on verified request, subject to law). Order/invoice records: retained as required by Indian tax law (up to 8 years). Analytics data: per tool defaults (max 14 months).

7. Security

HTTPS/TLS encryption, access-controlled systems, encrypted backups, and payment data isolation. No method is 100% secure; we will notify you and authorities of breaches as required by law.

8. Your Rights (DPDP Act)

Access, correction, erasure, grievance redressal, and withdrawal of consent (which may limit services that need that data). Write to urgentstitching@gmail.com — we respond within 15 days.
